SDP is a young Architects & Interior Design Studio in New Delhi led by principal Ar. Divye Aggarwal.
SDP strives to create futuristic & innovative buildings or habitats ranging from residential villas, and institutional offices to retail & hospitality projects that are thought-provoking but at the same time sustainable.
Our Founder & Principal Architect
Ar. Divye Aggarwal in a short span of time has achieved recognition in the field.
He has showcased his thought-provoking and futuristic indulgence in architecture and interior design.
He has been recognized for his originality and detailing or layering into the depths of design that creates an effective and open-ended perception of a building or habitat.
Organicity and asymmetry are one of key drivers of his design developments.
He has constantly stressed that conceptualization of design all the way through to meticulous detail is the way to the future. Subsequently, his designs evoke an experience that translates into a script with characters played out by spaces, colors, textures, and light patterns.
He indulges in photography, traveling, and reading … which keeps him in touch with the outside stimulus.
He has a style that has no signature and thus the continuous process of evolving or for that matter unlearning is what he keeps on.
Our Studio
Studio Design Palette is a young architecture & interior design studio in New Delhi led by principal architect Divye Aggarwal.
We are architecture and interior designing company specialized in designing boutique residences where we are always challenging the conventional way of designing, pushing the envelope with new forms or bringing out a sculptural quality. We do enjoy a foray of delighted clients who have been our patrons all through. Right from independent 200sqyd villas to 5 acre farm houses come under our range of spectrum.
We do institutional buildings, auditoriums, have got an opportunity to design a school in Kanpur. This is where the real idea of an Architectural expression emerges as u r working in the public domain … not only u own a responsibility of “Sustainability” but also a complex algorithm of spatial integration , structural intricacies derived out of ambitious designs, upgraded and latest technological induction in to services like HVAC, electrical and plumbing. My mantra is to gather an expansive in-depth knowledge and merge it with odacious creativity and be the one designer in public eye … isn’t it a great challenge or a greater opportunity as I see it.
In Commercial projects we have done restaurants, cafes and retail outlets … here I can allow the childlike playfulness within me to surface on a small canvas. So I find this a run up to developing my design skills into all genres so to speak which otherwise would not be attempted.
Offices that we do should not look like typical boring formal spaces. So they should be welcoming and intriguing for the class of people working in it. So we have been able to convince our clients towards this thought process and successfully given them what we wanted and subsequently getting appreciation in return.
Factories that we do should not be limited to “Form follows Function”.
They should be relevant to today’s language of design. Functionality and structure is also a domain that can explore endless possibilities of architectural treatment.
The entire macro and micro environment so created should evoke a positive experience not only for the visitor but also for the users.
